Talipanan Falls is located inside the forest of Talipanan . A 30 to 40 mins trek from El Canonero resort . My hub and my son tried to play basketball outside the resort and met the locals living there. My hub tried to ask if there are someone who willing to be our guide to the falls and there is. So we proceed that morning and pay the guide P200.

While trekking we passed at the Mangyan Village , i'm so amaze in this place . Look at their houses , and their place is really clean . Mangyan people are disciplinarian when it comes in cleanliness . I saw their garbage with labels that bio and non biodegradable are separated.

El Canonero - Dinner (Day 1)

Afternoon to dinner we enjoy watching sunset at the beach side  until the sun down. This scene was my favorite during our stay. Sitting down while chatting and watching also the foreigner guest around. I have a feeling na parang wala kami sa Pinas because were only 2 Filipino family and the rest are tourist.

It's dinner time . Like what the review's says , foods here at Puerto are pricey. We choose to spent our dinner time here inside the resort. since our package has 20% discount in all foods and drinks ,we avail this. 

Filipino food again , nothing's special . Beef , squid and shrimp menu in all . We enjoy our kwentuhan with Nanay and Tita but most of all "halakhakan"

Then after mabusog , eto "antok comes"
Not really late this is around 7 to 8 pm. But the lady's says they are tired na because of byahe. Then they
preferred to sleep then will wake up early the next day para dun na lang daw babawi.

February - love month , also a month of this to special lady, my Mom in Law Alicia and Auntie Raquel her sister , here in Mindoro we celebrate , not only for another island experience but for another bonding moments.

Here's the group , my loving fam and the celebrants at Batangas port , were here around 7:30 am. We proceed to ticket booth , lucky that our little girl was free of charge . Minolo shipping lines , P600/pax and another extra pay for environmental fee P30/person.

P600 package is a 2 hr boat ride from Batangas port to Muel Pier , from Muel Pier there is a shuttle waiting for us to El Canonero Resort . 

Another P50/person for environmental fee for Mindoro to be collected by the staff of Barangay of Muel . Then we proceed to the resort for about 20 mins .

9am to be exact , we arrived at the resort , we accommodate room7 enough for 6 of us , below photo inside the room .

A big bed for two , single bed , and a double deck . Cable tv and refrigerator.

Communicating with Dianne (staff of resort) really help me to organize this tour . Before the date of check in all was prepared . She prepare this room for us because we are 6pax.  Good thing also we have packed lunch prepared , i've already read on the reviews the foods here @ Puerto is pricey . Nanay cooked chicken adobo , and make Macaroni salad that we really appreciated . We promise we will do this maca again.

Then after lunch we start to explore :)
